We had visited several dealerships prior to this, and were planning to make a couple of other stops, but felt very welcome when we entered. Larry was at an event with said car but Regina Nicotra immediately stepped up to take care of us, called Larry and found the paperwork he had started. Larry immediately returned from the event to show us the beautiful Genesis and took us for a test drive. Naturally, we fell in love with the car and Larry worked out a wonderful deal to make it happen for us. We appreciate the caring professional customer service we received from Larry Graves and Regina Nicotra. Their expertise was evident in all our dealings and they could not have been friendlier and more patient with all our questions. The time Larry took to explain the car features (sometimes over and over again) was astounding! We returned Monday for some more Genesis training and again the professionalism showed as we learned of more of the car's features. We also appreciate the finance department's handling of the account. Daytona Hyundai is definitely a high quality dealership that was a pleasure to buy a automobile from. Excellent Experience I can not even explain how professional the staff was at Hyurandi Daytona. I went into this dealership (after visiting 7 prior dealerships that want I can not even explain how professional the staff was at Hyurandi Daytona. I went into this dealership (after visiting 7 prior dealerships that want 3,000.00 to 7000.00 dollars). And was told "come back later when you have the money. At Hyundai I was so warmly greeted by Fred Santiago a car sales manager. He looked at my 13 year old car and stated I'll get you in a car other than that. When Fred Santiago state that i was skeptical. Until I drove my new car home. It as to be known that Mike Kettler, Finance Manager was also vested in making this happen for me. I also.want to emphasize that' this is the 6th car I have bought in my life and I have Never seen a cardealer ship so warm, kind, friendly, and professional. There was not even a.second of hesitation. I was also not havin to pay 3-7 Thousand dears. Daytona Hyuandi has my business for ever. And Fred Santiago and Mike Kettler are just simply THE BEST!!! Best Buying Experience Yet! I knew I wanted a 2014 Elantra Hatchback because of their style and warranty. I contacted both, did a test drive and got online quotes from both dealerships & decided I would go with the dealer that would save me the most money. From the time I spoke with the salesman, Roger, to talking to the Sales Manager, Ed, and down to giving my money to, funny, Bob, in the finance dept., I felt I had, as a woman, got a GREAT car, for a GREAT price. I would highly recommend, Daytona Hyundai to everyone, but especially women! They treated ME with respect & fairness, but what really sold me, was their persistence for me to give them a chance to work with me. This is different than, pressure. This past March I was shopping for my first car, I visited many different dealerships and actually went to Jon Hall Hyundai twice. My immediate impression was that the salesman who talked with me, Pau visited many different dealerships and actually went to Jon Hall Hyundai twice. My immediate impression was that the salesman who talked with me, Paul, was incredibly friendly and very upfront about costs and how the dealership could help me. He worked with me in a very cohesive way and made sure that I was able to get my car. I live in Tallahassee and was only able to come down one weekend to get the car and Jon Hall had the paperwork overnighted to me and was incredibly accommodating. In addition to this, I think that I got an awesome deal on my car and I love it. I have had it for nine months and have never had a single problem with it. When I look to buy a new car in the future, Jon Hall Hyundai will definitely be one of the places that I begin my search, hopefully with the help of Paul. More
