I REALLY REALLY LOVE MY NEW XC70!!!!! Having had bad experiences in the past when purchasing a car, I was dreading coming in that Saturday, In fact, I almost turned around and went back Having had bad experiences in the past when purchasing a car, I was dreading coming in that Saturday, In fact, I almost turned around and went back home. My expectations were very low. Well, lucky for me, my Salesperson was Paul Leary. He actually actively listened Within minutes he found my car, an XC70 with 2 options I had to have.... BLIS and Rear Camera. An added bonus was a Navigation system. It was a very stressless and pleasant transaction. I also had a trade-in but was unable to find the Title. Paul went online and to the DMV website and got the info I needed to obtain a duplicate Title. When I came to pick up my new car, Paul sat in the car with my sister and I and explained and went through every single feature in the car. He did not rush through but paused to take questions. Paul also helped with sign up for Sirius and the road assist program. This was all a Godsend because this is my first car with all the bells and whistles and it was very overwhelming. I felt confident that I new enough to drive the car. So yes, I am completely satisfied and happy and will recommend Smythe Volvo to anyone wanting to purchase a Volvo. I love my car! Thank you! D. They are very efficient in preparing and explaining terms of a deal so the actual transaction is quite smooth. Learning this car takes much longer! I also had very good experience in returning leased cars, trading in , buying new cars, servicing them over past 10-15 years. They are able to maintain high quality services even with growing business . Shopped around this time quite a bit for other brands and decided to come back to get the new 90. I think I got very decent deal. More

Paul Leary took the call, 2 Weeks ago I was in the market for a Certified Pre-Owned XC90 and inquired about a vehicle listed on the Smythe Volvo site. Paul Leary took the call, from the very beginning I knew I was in a true professional hands. I explained to Paul that I was looking at a similar priced vehicle at a nearby competitor, he said he understood but assured me that I would immediately see the difference of his dealership. I was at first very doubtful of that statement but, boy was I completely wrong. After visiting the competitor a few things became apparently clear, they operate like a body shop, attempts at bait and switches are common business practice. Completely opposite of my experience with Paul. Even thou the XC90 was $300 more with the competitor I went back and purchased it with Smythe. What a great experience from beginning to driving off the lot. Paul is a true professional and Smythe has won me as a customer......... More

excellent customer service I've been a Volvo car convert since 2004.. My first was the XC90. I loved it and Smythe Volvo serviced my car for many of the past years. The service I've been a Volvo car convert since 2004.. My first was the XC90. I loved it and Smythe Volvo serviced my car for many of the past years. The service center managers have not only been accommodating but also ensured I understood any issues besides regular maintenance and gave me options to choose from. After almost 200k miles, it was time for me to buy a new car. I never considered going anywhere besides Smythe. I was torn between getting the newly redesign XC90 and the 2016 XC60. Loved them both and Paul Leary was patient with me as I went on severa tests drives of both to come to my decision. Just as with the service department, the sales department represented by Paul for me was excellent! I'll be back to Smythe when it's time to buy my next car for sure! More
