Mike Wilkerson in finance was a complete xxxxxxx and rude the entire time. Sighed very heavily more than once. I even walked out once and someone else offered to take it over because it was such a horrible experience. Bought the vehicle 09/19 and am still today 10/08 getting calls from the finance department needing documentation or more paperwork. Almost a month later and still having to deal with this nonsense. If you’re in the metro area and have other options I’d shop them well before settling on Metro Ford. More

I actually enjoyed my visit to Metro Ford! They let me look at whatever vehicle I wanted to and then searched for a vehicle that fit my needs after that. They worked with me to get the pricing that I was look at whatever vehicle I wanted to and then searched for a vehicle that fit my needs after that. They worked with me to get the pricing that I was looking for, and then they set up everything I needed on the vehicle afterwords. They set up the Ford Connect app, filled the fuel up and detailed the car. Excellent service and very solid customer service! More
