Upon initial contact with Paul I was directed to Adam that handled every question and concern of leasing a car online with patience and professionalism. After many months of researching and dealing with other Porsche dealers ( including local one's ) I finally found Porsche of The Main Line. Working with Adam was surprisingly very amiable and I found him easy to communicate with. Conversations and emails with regards to questions were answered in detail and a timely manner. Once I decided on a 991.2 4S Adam and Paul ( General Manager ) handled every step with courtesy from there. In the end I would say the most important variable from my experience with Porsche of the Main Line was both Adam's and Paul's willingness to help. I am a returning customer to Porsche ( I had a 2014 Panamera E-Hybrid which I love! ) simply because of their efforts. As a consumer this is extremely important that I feel welcomed and comfortable with my decision in my investment. The knowledge I gained from my contact with Adam and Paul gives me confidence that I made the right choice. I am fully satisfied and certain about my leasing of a 911...simply put... This vehicle was brought in from a another Porsche Dealership To Make a long story short, I purchased a New 911 Carrera 4S from Porsche of Main Line. This vehicle was brought in from a another Porsche Dealership in the area (I won't mention name). It was damaged and the damages were not disclosed by the other dealership on a brand new car. Paul Nogrady not only addressed the issue immediately, they got me into another car with an allocation for new 911. Their commitment to customer service is #1. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and experience. I look forward to purchasing my next 911 from them. More
