Not a good experience I've had my cars serviced at Sullivan Brothers many times. The most recent I brought my Murano in for a oil change and tire rotation. When I was tol I've had my cars serviced at Sullivan Brothers many times. The most recent I brought my Murano in for a oil change and tire rotation. When I was told the work was complete I noticed the tires hadn't been rotated. I marked the tires before I brought the car in. I spoke with Joe in service, who told me the tires had chalk marks indicating the work was done. I showed Joe my marks and he sent the car back for rotation. I like the people at Sullivan Brothers, but when I bring my cars in for service I need confidence the work is being done. Please look into this issue, More
