Like any dealer, you have to play the game a bit. Not so much the salesman with whom I worked (Cory), but the manager did step in at one point and worked hard to make small talk, gain my trust and encourage much the salesman with whom I worked (Cory), but the manager did step in at one point and worked hard to make small talk, gain my trust and encourage me to look at a newer model with more features than I needed/wanted. I went in to test drive a specific vehicle, had done my homework, knew what I was looking for and my budget. It’s frustrating to feel like you have to go into the process assertive to show you aren’t a pushover, but you get that at pretty much any car dealership. I did feel like I got less of the runaround here than at some other places I’ve been. And the manager was very prompt in emailing me a Carfax report when requested. I appreciated that Cory wasn’t pushy, respected my objectives/budget, answered all of my questions thoroughly and maintained a great level of communication throughout the process. He called and kept me updated when the minor body work and detailing was complete, when my registration was ready and several other details that helped me feel confident I was getting a vehicle and level of service I could trust. My experience was very positive overall. More
