I had a terrible experience with you guys. You had my car for over a month and failed to keep in contact. I had two rental cars which was another problem for me. My car had splattered coffee in the visor and for over a month and failed to keep in contact. I had two rental cars which was another problem for me. My car had splattered coffee in the visor and screen and I don’t drink coffee so it wasn’t me. Also, Paul tried to say I’m going to have to cover $1000 worth of car rental if I didn’t pay a balance even thought my warranty company told me everything was covered. I’m in the market for another car and you guys will not be getting our business. I do not recommend you to any of my fellow ford employees. It’s embarrassing to know you have our Ford logo on your building with terrible service. More
