Both would have been a 5 but I had to wait well over two hours to get into the finance office to get the deal done and this is after I gave all of my info over the phone. After I bought the car I was inform hours to get into the finance office to get the deal done and this is after I gave all of my info over the phone. After I bought the car I was informed that they were down to only one finance guy. This should have been told to me when I arrived. I drove from three hours away. All that being said they were easy to deal with and I would consider them in the future. Also the interest I was quoted ended up being 1 percent lower and the price of the car was less then expected.
