Fantastic Family Owned To most, if not all, I am considered an old man at 72. During my past 72 years, I have purchased a lot of automobiles. My first car was a 52 Chevy. I had a load of fun with it. In my teen years I talked my foster parents into buying a 62 SS. I had them tell the dealer that they wanted a 409 engine in it. While I was sitting there with baited breath, the salesman leaned over and asked my foster father, why do you want a 409, you don't need all that power. I sat there innocently and frozen to my chair when he said, " okay, while pointing to me ". The salesman said that the 327 engine will be more than enough. Anyway, I had plenty of fun with it. That was my first experience with a Chevy dealer until last July 2018 when we bought our 2018 Traverse . Up to that point, none of my experiences with dealers went the way I had planed it to be. When my wife and I walked into Myrtle Beach Chevrolet & Cadillac, long story short, we were helped by Ryan Rodriquez, and all of the bad years of feeling intimidated by aggressive salesmen saying, NO , I am sorry but we can't do that, it was absolutely unbelievable how welcome and accommodating he and everyone there was. My only regret is that, I didn't grow up in Myrtle Beach because, if I had, I would have bought all of my automobiles from the Rodriquez family at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. My wife and I went back just yesterday to look at a new truck for me. I went right to Ryan about it and, we drove out with our second new vehicle in 5 months. This time was even smoother that before, if that was possible. Ryan introduced us to his brother, Paul and between the two of them, we drove out with a new 2019 Chevy Colorado pick up truck, my favorite color too, blue. Just before leaving, Mr. Rodriquez walked over to my wife and I, shook our hands congratulated us on our new truck and, wished us a Merry Christmas. Now, I had forgotten about Christmas but Mr. Rodriquez brought it back to me. I guess the running boards for my new Colorado that Ryan and Paul had promised, was a great unexpected Christmas gift. Thank you again Ryan, Paul, and Mr. Rodriquez and, Merry Christmas to you all. To all of you looking to purchase a Chevy or Cadillac, I am not a salesman I work in Construction. I make this review with my heart. You won't go wrong here. More

Tony was very nice to do the financing with as well. I left with a new XT5 never been happier. Nice Dealership. Feel taken advantage of!! Nice dealership. The only real problems I have with them is 1) Upon delivery of my 17 Escalade detail, cleaning and having the vehicle complete with Nice dealership. The only real problems I have with them is 1) Upon delivery of my 17 Escalade detail, cleaning and having the vehicle complete with floor mats was half hazard. Not even an owners manual .A dealership that sells high end cars like mine should have better control and higher standards upon delivery of a vehicle such as this. 2) In researching 2017 Escalades online, many of them were 4-9000.00 less with same or less mlies,same year or newer. I did not get a square deal as I should have. Especially just moving to this area and building a long lasting relationship with MB Cadillac . I planned on trading my wife's car in soon. Really not sure I want to be overcharged again so most likely would not consider it. I would like to go over the deal with management so they can see my findings. More
