The buying experience was most pleasant because of the sales professional (Justin Marlow) going over the top with help and information and never pressuring me like all the other companies. The atmosphere was friendly and he introduced me to all the department supervisors and even the owner of the dealership. It was obvious the entire staff takes their lead from the owner.
