I had pre shopped online so I knew exactly which car I wanted to look at and Tim immediately grabbed the keys and took me to the vehicle. I was buying the car for my wife so after I drove the vehicle I knew it was the one we needed for our growing family. I of course had to get my wife’s approval so I called her to come down to the dealership. She couldn’t make it right away so Tim advised me to put a deposit on the vehicle so it didn’t get sold before my wife could get there. I was hesitant thinking they would hold the money for 7 days or something sketchy but Tim assured me I would be refunded the deposit immediately if I didn’t want the car. My wife LOVED the vehicle and I loved the deal I got on it. My finance guy Paul was excellent as well and laid out all the financial details so I could make a solid decision on money down etc. After I purchased the vehicle I took it back to be detailed and the car was immaculate when they were done with it! I also got to speak with Kevin the GM for a while and he was very personable and attentive to me that I was taken care of. Best car buying experience in my life. Thanks auction direct team!!!! More

Paul and Shane got me an INCREDIBLE deal with the bank AND THEN called me back next morning to tell me another bank was EVEN BETTER ! Got the car I fell in love with, for $70 CHEAPER than I was paying for the CURRENT car! I left feeling BLESSED !! I would give 10 stars if I could! More

Shane led me right to the Expedition I was looking for, and walked me through all the steps for trading in my current vehicle. Tried to haggle a bit on my trade in but they told me exactly why they wouldn't and made it clear to a point where I wasn't upset by it (doesn't hurt to try, right?)! Went on a Saturday so it was a little slow and busy but I imagine any other day it would have went a bit quicker. Had a small blinker issue we didn't see on the test drive but Shane told me to just swing in service at my convenience and they would fix it up no questions asked. Overall I was pleased and would recommend Auction Direct to someone else. More
