I initially came to see another vehicle that was on their website (that vehicle sold before I got there). However, I was able to find a comparable one. The entire process was fairly simple and straight forward. There was some mix up with some paperwork that needed to be corrected, but stuff happens. I ended up with a good deal and a great interest rate so overall I’m very pleased. More

I had been thinking about trading for quite some time and had visited CarMax but did not feel comfortable there, so I drove over to Auction Direct and I had been thinking about trading for quite some time and had visited CarMax but did not feel comfortable there, so I drove over to Auction Direct and immediately felt comfortable, plus I really appreciated that no one hurried or pressured me to make a quick decision. Even though it was extremely hot, Tim walked with me around the lot multiple times and was always agreeable to getting any additional information I asked for.
