As we sit here in the showroom at Tim Moran Hyundai in Hemet, we are waiting to see the finance man to complete the purchase of a beautiful 2022 Tucson with only 15k miles on it. Spent 3 1/2 hours to get a 3 year lease. Test drove the vehicle 2 weeks previously, exchanged e-mails with KC and GM prior to appointment to sign 3 year lease and they promised everything wo Test drove the vehicle 2 weeks previously, exchanged e-mails with KC and GM prior to appointment to sign 3 year lease and they promised everything would be ready to go. Neither were avilable when I arrived at the appointed time. BM tried to get me to put a $16,000 down payment for a 3 year lease. The paperwork for breaking down the lease and payments was an excercise in total obfuscation. I was promised the car would be in the front lot and fully charged. Both were lies, car charged to 25% and had to wait 15 minutes for the car to appear after all of the paperwork was executed. Most unpleasant car lease/sale I've endured since purchasing my first car quite a few years ago. More
