I thought Big Mike was a good salesman. Friendly. Paul was a smart sales manager. Nice guy as well. Process went well….except for the amount of time we spent at the dealership. Almost 6 hou Friendly. I will say the dealerships gettel package is a scam to show a 3500.00 value when it’s just a mandatory package they make you take….so if you don’t negotiate wisely you will be upside down walking out of this dealership. I would recommend to savvy car buyers. My son loves his truck and that’s what matters to me the most. More
