This was my first visit to Butler for analyzing a problem with my pickup. They told me a part needed replacing so they ordered the part. I then installed the part myself but it did not solve the problem. with my pickup. They told me a part needed replacing so they ordered the part. I then installed the part myself but it did not solve the problem. Paul told me they normally do not take back parts but, since they analyzed it incorrectly, they would make an exception. I returned another day to have them look at the problem again. After an all-morning inspection they recommended another solution. Paul did not charge me anything for this extended visit; he treated me fairly and without hesitation. I will go back to Butler for servicing as long as Paul remains there. I don't know how the auto salespeople deal with a customer because I have never purchased a vehicle there so I gave Butler GMC a "neutral" rating. More

Came in under the quoted price which is good. Paul did a good job showing me what was broken and getting it done in a timely manner. Communication could have been better, but wasn't bad. The website that provides 'real time' updates was stuck at the first stage the whole time. Overall I'm happy with how it came out and the quality of the service and I would go back. More

I took my truck in for a minor transmission shudder. I half expected a huge estimate for repairs that you would typically get at a dealership.
