Exceptional Service Provided by Paul Wong of Montclair Acura My brand new 2019 TLX had a radio preset problem. We had picked-up the car on Saturday, March 23rd. Paul met me at my daughter's house in Manalapan on My brand new 2019 TLX had a radio preset problem. We had picked-up the car on Saturday, March 23rd. Paul met me at my daughter's house in Manalapan on Sunday. He fixed the problem, but it recurred. He came to my house on Staten Island on Sunday, April 7th and concluded that the car radio needed to be reprogrammed at the service center in Montclair. He returned the following day with a loner car. Two days later, he returned our TLX. Problem corrected! In my opinion, he bent over backwards to satisfy us and to make our involvement in the corrective process as hassle-free as possible. He is exceptional! We look forward to working with him on our next lease. More
