Ana gave me multiple test drives of the same vehicle(Supra 3.0) when other dealerships were not offering a test drive of some vehicles less than half its price(Honda Civic Type R) .Special shout out to Paulo Almeida for helping me out with the delivery of the vehicle. 5* Sales, I am very happy. Unfortunately that is not the same with the finance department. WATCH OUT!!!! I work as a Data Scientist for a finance company. I don't think they knew that and thought I was a noob (I am a recent graduate and may be that painted a picture of a scape goat?). The loan options they presented to me was 'predatory' and a complete rip off. I understand we are all here to do business and make money, but these were unacceptable standards. Overall, sales is one of the best experiences. Walk in with your own finance options and you will be good to go. More

i was having a problem with 2 of my wheels that they still under warranty i had to wait 3 days to get an appointment so i could use my car for 3 days when i went there i expected to have the 2 wheels r still under warranty i had to wait 3 days to get an appointment so i could use my car for 3 days when i went there i expected to have the 2 wheels replaced as they are still under warranty they replaced only one and the advisor keep insisting that the other wheel is fine i took the car and still have that noise on the defective wheel that i was told it does not need replacement i am very disappointed that after waiting 3 days and over 2 Hours in the deanship my issue was NOT FIXED More
