Went over to these guys because the 2001 Porsche I bought from them was for a pretty good price, and the customer service was good. This time I got an used 2013 Audi A4, within a week it started asking for oil, which I found odd so I took it in. The mechanics found out that the pistons and rings were probably the issue and it'd be around a $5500 fix! I expressed that I felt it'd be unfair to put the burden of the cost on me as this was absolutely a pre-existing issue. They discussed it with the GM and they were more than happy to swap it out with a 2016 Kia Optima with VERY low mileage (the Audi had around 93k miles). The reason I relay this story is because no matter the dealer, the car can have unknown issues that are next to impossible to test except in a real world setting. What sets toy barn apart is that they listen and do what is right by the customer. It's a rare quality to see in a dealer, so I think it's important to express and celebrate whenever great customer care occurs. Will definitely go back for my next car as well. More

"Repeat business not so important, get the car sold no matter what." You'd think after market suspension and aftermarket rims would be nice to disclose to a Buyer 2,000 miles away who wouldn't see his $250,000 investment until it arrived on his doorstep across the country. However, it took me a visit to Ferrari of Beverly Hills Service center only 4 days after receiving my vehicle which needed gearbox service to find out a list of aftermarket changes had been performed on the Ferrari. My sales rep was cold, provided the least amount of information possible, zero service history, zero information on what happened with the car prior to my Ownership, he only wanted to get this car sold and off the lot. When I called about a trade in days after paying for my vehicle, apparently my used car had lost an additional $20,000 value without me even sitting in it yet. I will be buying many more supercars like this one, perhaps from Toy Barn cars again, we'll see, but never with this salesman again. Honesty, Information, Integrity, and Respect are all I need from a car salesman but I can't say I received any of this. More

I asked Pavel for a few other details and photos and he was quick to response, When I flew out to dealer to pickup the car Pavel went though the car in detail but he also took the time to show me around the dealer. He provided additional pictures of any blemishes or imperfections on the BMW. We agreed on a price and I drove from Michigan to purchase this vehicle. When I arrived, I was very impressed by the appearance of the dealership. It was loaded with luxury sport and high-end vehicles. The showroom was very clean and impressive. I was greeted by Pavel. He was very pleasant. He had my vehicle parked inside the building for my inspection. The BMW was very clean and the prior vehicle photos and description he provided was very accurate.
