We arrived at Greenway and asked for our internet contact Michael Stroud, but Michael was not available so we were helped by Pedro Caamano. He was very courteous and appeared to be dressed more professional than the other salesmen walking around wearing black T-shirts. Pedro was a good listener regarding our desired options and our price-point. He found the Pacifica we wanted burred behind five others cars in the lot, but immediately arranged a test d rive and worked with us to meet the price we were willing to pay. Pedro offered us rebates and payment options as we negotiated the total cost. Our overall experience was enjoyable and we could not be happier with our purchase. Five Stars for Pedro, he was an excellent salesperson and we were fortunate that was was available when we walked through the Greenaway doors. More
