Took my truck there for a simple check because I had my Engine light on. Everything was fine. They did their general inspection and said I only need front and rear pads replaced. Great experience. Hardest part was waiting on the wire confirmation from corporate. Fortunately Blake lit a fire and got my car delivered. Driver arrived, however he had stopped at McDonald's beforehand. I do not eat junk food and it was disconcerting having to smell it in my newly purchased car. Also noticed that there were stains on the seats which Blake had promised would be cleaned. Not sure if the McDonald's was the culprit. I love my Rav 4. So glad I found it and really enjoyed your crew in Lowell. More
