“Competent, Courtesous, Caring, Complete!” I am 61, a recent widow, and a first time car buyer (on my own). I had researched multiple cars online and hoped the Audi Q5 would meet my expectation I am 61, a recent widow, and a first time car buyer (on my own). I had researched multiple cars online and hoped the Audi Q5 would meet my expectations when I visited the dealership. It certainly did! My salesperson, Rich, was competent, courteous and caring. SALESperson is a misnomer. He should be called a carguide as he took me through the SUV Q series vehicles, showed me many of the key features, and did a test drive. He then guided me through exterior and interior features and pricing. I had two cars to trade in and I feel I got a fair trade in price. It’s never as much as one wants, but it was fair and I was even encouraged to take them to Carmax for estimates. I returned to make my purchase on a gloomy Memorial Day and the dealership was busy, but Rich was available at my appointment time. And although I had to wait for the financing guy, he was efficient when we did meet. All were apologetic about having to wait. I left in a loaner Q5 because mine had to be shipped in from Europe. That was actually great as I had a month to learn about the features and feel comfortable in the car before mine arrived. When it did arrive, Rich met me halfway between the dealership and my home as I had a very tight schedule before leaving the next day on a road trip. I’ve driven the car 1000 miles in the past week and have loved every minute being in it. I love how easy it handles and it looks “classy and sassy!” My whole experience with Rich and this dealership has been comfortable from the start to finish. More

There was NO pressure and trading my BMW was hassle free. We had a horrible experience at the local BMW and Mercedes dealers but we felt at home when we got to Audi. Working with Mr. Montoya felt more like dealing with a friend and Peppi Bonocore in finance truly had our best interest in mind when working out the details. We are an Audi family now and will definitely return to Audi of Charlotte! More

Listened and located exactly what I wanted I was really pressed in finding a vehicle in a short time. My previous car was totalled and I needed some form of transportation. While they had quite the selection on the lot, I had very specific wants in my next car. Richard was able to locate the vehicle really fast, and have it brought in. I was even offered a loaner until my car came in, as it was coming from a few states away. Definitely would but again from Audi of Charlotte, and Richard was a fantastic sales person, he listened to everything I asked. More

I was merely checking out dealerships and cars to prepare for my lease ending in a couple of months. Audi offered me such an incredible deal to keep my business that I couldn’t walk away without a new car. I have never had a dealer be that aggressive on price to meet my needs. They actually exceeded my bottom line price and beat it. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service and the relative ease it took to get me into a new car. More
