Enjoyed the Audi Experience My overall experience with Audi of Charlotte started when we talked to Walter over the phone. We inquired about a car on the lot and told Walter we w My overall experience with Audi of Charlotte started when we talked to Walter over the phone. We inquired about a car on the lot and told Walter we were on the way to see it. We arrived and Walter was ready. He walked us a round the car and explained all of the features that were important. He than gave us a meticulous test drive demonstrating all of the technology in the Q7. From there he carefully walked us through the negotiation and purchase process which was as pleasant as car buying can be when you have your two children in tow. He also took the time to show us all of the specific technology as we awaited the meeting with the finance direct Peppi. Peppi was also extremely pleasant and professional to work with through the final pieces of the process. Things in the final piece of the process moved quickly, despite an extremely busy day for the dealership as it was the close of the quarter and the close of the month. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with the dealership. On top of that, the Q7 is the best car we’ve ever had the chance to own. We are most certainly enjoying our new Audi experience thanks to the team at Audi of Charlotte. More

The car buying experience was actually enjoyable with this team, and I highly recommend spending time at Audi Charlotte if you are considering a luxury SUV or sedan. Even today, when there is so much information available on line about cars, we found at other car dealers several attempts to wheel and deal: suggesting add-ons we didn't need or models that were just not what we were looking for, but always in a higher price range. When we arrived at Audi, the floor staff was very friendly and down-to-earth when we asked some general questions about various models. We ultimately worked directly with Jeisson to test drive a couple of vehicles. He was knowledgeable and honest, responsive in follow up calls and texts, and we are very pleased with our new Q7. Highly recommend this Audi dealer and any of the staff. More
