BUYERS BEWARE-DISHONEST-DECEITFUL-SCAMMER- Jeff Barnes lied about the car I bought being in an accident, did not disclose it had a branded title. When he was questioned he stated “it wasn’t his fault I bo lied about the car I bought being in an accident, did not disclose it had a branded title. When he was questioned he stated “it wasn’t his fault I bought a buy back” which was not disclosed in fact he was asked and he said no it was not. He became arrogant and nasty towards me as if it was my fault. He offered to buy it back as long as I bought another vehicle from him which will NOT happen. I have contacted an attorney and now having to go that route in order for this to be resolved because none of the management cares to listen let alone fix this.i have recorded many conversations with Jeff Barnes and have many texts of him agreeing to buy it back. The car is currently sitting on their lot meanwhile I am still making monthly payments. Jeff also tried to get me to invest into him buying used cars from the auction, fixing them and then selling them for a small profit, I didn’t know this man what so ever but shortly after I did my application and he received my bank statements he started pressing me daily to invest in him. He is a con artist! He also had a guy named Rich P Successful with Atlanta Luxury Rentals ( seriously the man changed his name to that) called me to beg me not to go to management and get him fired because this man has 10 deals he said he was closing through this dealership with Jeff and if Jeff was fired then he would loose his money he had in the deals. Rich also offered to put my car in his rental fleet and pay me 20% of the profits monthly while he paid the car note and insurance. He showed me a one page, YES A 1 PAGE contract (which I have a copy of). Never would I agree to that but that was Jeff’s way of trying to get that car taken care of without having to buy it back and me not go to management. They are trying to scam you and probably money laundering! Stay away from this dealership! More

I’ve worked in professional jobs and the main thing was good customer service. I’ve NEVER experienced this type of uncaring attitude with customer service and doing all they could to not honor a warranty and at the same time blaming the customer. I will NEVER purchase another HYUNDIA/Kia nor will I recommend them to anybody to purchase anything from them whether it be a car or any service they offer they do NOT CARE!!!. It was brought to Perry Weldon attention that my husband’s signature turned up on something he didn’t sign, his response was “oh he didn’t sign it” unbelievable. When we purchased the vehicle everyone was all over you Craig and Perry in particular, we experienced a total transformation of them during this issue. WOW what a difference. More

I dropped my car off because of the constant issues I have had with my current 2015 genesis 5.0. I asked a sales person to have me an offer waiting for when I returned from work to pick my car up, by the way my boss had to leave work and come pick me up because they would not give me a vehicle to drive 1.9 miles to work! So my boss takes me back to the dealership to pick up my car. I asked the salesperson where the offer was and he said hold on let him see where it was???? They had my car for 2 or 3 hours. So they lost a new car sale, I tell Perry Weldon I am leaving because this should have been completed earlier and walk out of the store! Perry Weldon decided to begin banging on the window of the store trying to get my attention, which I ignored. Perry Weldon proceeded to run out side and confront me saying he wrote the offer blah blah, I asked for him to produce the document, which he could not and told me it would have been with my service records, first of all service and sales are two totally different departments. Then this man had the audacity to Yell across the parking lot at me “why are you so angry?” Oh ok, I will no longer bring my car to Southtown Riverdale because or Perry Weldon! I had the pleasure of meeting Craig Edwards in 2013 first over the phone and then leaving work and going to the dealership to purchase my First Brand I had the pleasure of meeting Craig Edwards in 2013 first over the phone and then leaving work and going to the dealership to purchase my First Brand New.
