Their salesperson Perry initially said there was no reason they couldn’t match or beat it and even tried to schedule an appointment. After I clearly explained the offer and how it works (cash price, same whether selling outright or applying to a trade), the tone completely changed. Instead of honoring what was discussed, I was pushed with excuses about pricing and told I’d “save money” on their unit — which simply wasn’t true when factoring in the real cash value and tax savings. The communication became dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve sold vehicles to dealers before and expected straightforward business. What I got here was wasted time and classic runaround tactics after being told one thing upfront. If you have a strong outside offer, don’t expect them to respect it. Transparency and follow-through were lacking. Would not recommend. More
