I purchased a TDI a few years back and was returning it for the emissions settlement, and figured I would purchase a new car with my settlement. The sales person was great when it came to the new vehicle, but when it came time to figure finances out he wasn't as helpful. Eventually someone from finance came to his rescue and figured out everything I was looking for. I would defiantly buy from here again, but I think it has more to do with the VW brand then the actual buying experience. More
