Upon the recommendation of a client of mine, I went to W quite honestly I hate the car buying experience yet I buy/trade my car about every two years. Upon the recommendation of a client of mine, I went to Wilde with little to no expectations. Jose was our sales rep and meeting him he instantly puts you at ease. The way he talks, laughs and his ability to listen and hear what you have to say definitely put the whole process in a NO pressure zone. The selection of SUV at the waukesha dealer was outstanding and we quickly picked one I liked. The sale was made and Jose was outstanding through the process, but this gets better. A few days into my new used jeep I notices a vibration in the steering at high higher speeds, being that that car was only a week new to me I emailed the Gen Mng Pete. He responded instantly and said he would have Jose call me. which he did and got me in within days and fixed the small issues only having to wait about an hour in the service department... To me that speaks Volumes as to what kind of dealership Wilde is and to Jose for being Amazing.. Thank you have a life long customer... More

We had a pretty good idea what we were looking for in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and went to the dealership in our area with the widest on hand selection t We had a pretty good idea what we were looking for in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and went to the dealership in our area with the widest on hand selection to check out engine options and other detailed amenities. From the moment we walked in the door I knew we were not in a normal dealership. we were NOT besieged by a dozen blood thirsty sales people all clamoring for our attention while reaching for our wallets... We were greeted kindly and courteously by the staff as we walked through the showroom and eventually the Sales Manager came over and asked if he could help us in any way. We explained what we trying to learn about models and options and he thoughtfully paired us with Jeffrey Beamon, a number one ranked Salesman. Jeffrey brought various models to the front door, making sure they were warmed up and ready for test drives. Josh Rose came over near the end of our visit to help us clarify our decisions especially as they related to powertrain options and then volunteered his personal cell number to call him on his day off if necessary. 2 days later the decision was made, Jeff & Josh having done most of the hard work for us and then we met Omar in finance to help decide on which protection and payment plans best fit our needs. Overall an incredibly satisfying buying decision and it was truly a pleasure working with such professionals. More
