This place is as shady as they come, everything you fear about a used car dealership is what this place represents. Dishonest, unprofessional, slow, confusing, bad value. I was looking for a used certified car in the internet (autotrader) under 15K. I notice A 2007 Buick Lacross it look in excellent condition so I went to Lannan Chevrolet to look at the car. I talk to Mike Lannan and ED Shine about my trade and the 2007 Buick Lacross that I saw in their web sight. They told me that this car is GM certified and has been inspected by certified and trained mechanic. I also talk to Peter Fisher who was in the business office and go me finance with no problems. I bought the car the next day and the car was brand new condition. I also met Bob Fahey who is the service director of the dealership and told if any problems with car to see him in person. So that what I call Old fashion and personal service. Lannan Chevrolet will be my dealership for parts, sales, and service from present and future.
