I came in with a specific few vehicles I knew I wanted to look at from the website. I was met in the lot by Peter who listened to exactly what we were looking for without the extra pushy sales pitches, a much appreciated approach in comparison to the past few dealerships I visited. After about 45 mins of looking and test driving we were in the office to evaluate my trade and terms of the deal. I was then extremely pleased that my keys were not held hostage as they have been numerous times before in past experiences, I gave them the key and it was given back after about 20 minutes without me even asking for it. Friendly Kia was more than fair with my trade appraisal and very timely in that respect. The vehicle price itself was very firm but Peter was transparent about that in the first few minutes of meeting him. However, this was not a problem because in comparing the prices against other dealers they had by far the best deals on what I was looking at. All the staff we met we're extremely nice, they gave us plenty of time, and no one was pushy at all. Not only would I recommend Friendly Kia to someone else but I will consider them first the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More
