Salesman Peter Jozsa and finance guy Neil were extremely courteous, polite, and just very easy to talk with. Never felt any uneasy pressure. Everyone dreads going to the car dealership but I found myself go courteous, polite, and just very easy to talk with. Never felt any uneasy pressure. I have been a LOYAL FRIENLY KIA CUSTOMER FOR OVER 3-4YEARS AND REFERRED AT LEAST 3 OTHER FRIENDS AND RELATIVES MOST RECENTLY MY BROTHER WHO LEASED AN SUV WITHIN THE LAST 6-7 MONTHS..My nephew Kevin,. 3-4YEARS AND REFERRED AT LEAST 3 OTHER FRIENDS AND RELATIVES MOST RECENTLY MY BROTHER WHO LEASED AN SUV WITHIN THE LAST 6-7 MONTHS..My nephew Kevin,..my brothers son, went with him to assist in lease vehicle choice because He himself has leased and or purchased 3 other Friendly Kia Vehicles over the last number of years..Friendly Kia has done the service on these vehicles as well as mine.HOWEVER RECENTLY WHEN I PURCHASES MY KIA CADENZA SXL OUT OF LEASE CONTRACT I WAS TREATED IN A MATTER OF FACT MANNER MOVED TROUGH THE PROCESS AS IF I WAS JUST SOMEONE OFF THE STREET COMING IN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE OFF THE LOT ..WITH NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MY LOYALTY AND IN ADDITION CHARGED THE$ $899 " DEALER " PREP" CHARGE AND $159 Electronic registration fee..for 2nd time as I of course already paid those same fees when I leased the vehicle..Of course I was SHOCKED SINCE ALL I DID WAS DRIVE MY VEHICLE IN..PARK IT..COME IN FILL OUT ALL PAPERWORK. PUT ADDITIONAL $2000 DOWN...and I was asked if I wanted car washed and as it was raining I didn't want them to bother..They took the vehicle to the back topped off the gas tank and returned it to the same spot I had parked it when I came in..WHAT PART OF "DEALER PREP" AM I MISSING HERE???...If in fact a "DEALER PREP" is mandatory as it is PURE PROFIT FOR THE DEALER..along with a component of this " electronic filing registration fee.. AT LEAST AFTER ALL THE BUSINESS I HAVE BROUGHT TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN ME SOME CONSIDERATION SUCH AS POSSIBLY SOME gratis service ie..OIL CHANGES..TUNE-UP...CAR DETAILING ETC..Which from a business standpoint would have been a wise decision and created even greater rapport and further loyalty and business on my part..Instead I was expressly moved through the process..although pleasantly...without any consideration for my LOYALTY...and when I came back the next day angry and frustrated requesting to see the MANAGER I was pushed onto some other sales people..and finally show the financial figures I had agreed to the day before They pointed out the $899& $159.. amounts..I stormed out of THE " FRIENDLY" DEALERSHIP..and will NEVER RETURN..NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY..I am a Physician for over 30 years and have run successful practices over the years because I've always put the patients first..never takeing for granted their loyalty..and always been responsible for any decisions ,comments or actions of my staff..as the BUCK STOPS WITH THE LEADER OF THE PRACTICE.....I followed the same IDENTICAL MEANS OF OPERATING LARGE CHAIN PHARMACIES AS A PHARACIST/MANAGER..as I am also a REGISTERED PHARMACIST..In summation FRIENDLY KIA MADE A MAJOR JUDGEMENTAL ERROR in treating me poorly..But I guess they are so busy they don't need LOYAL REPEAT BUSINESS..Well in that vein I WILL OBLIGE THEM...AS I WILL " NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!! We looked at the telluride sx with our son-in-law and he ended up buying it. It didn’t have the options I wanted so Eric talked to us and was able to order one the way we wanted it without added items we we ended up buying it. It didn’t have the options I wanted so Eric talked to us and was able to order one the way we wanted it without added items we were not interested. The communication between the factory and dealership were not good. I had no idea when the vehicle would arrive and then later weather it would be a 2020 or 2021 . Peter Jozsa seemed to be the only one that had the right info. He was very knowledgeable on the telluride and very efficient in getting us taken care of and out as quickly as possible. We ended up with the telluride after five months wait. The dealership stuck to our deal as much as possible with all the changes . We are satisfied customers with two telluride for our family. The insurance hang up could have been handled better with communication with us. We could have had a insurance binder when we came. It turned out to be a forty five minute delay. There was a big rush trying to get us in by saying other people were interested in our car that we waited patiently for five month. (Not good).Vince Angelotti listened to us and let us schedule a pickup time . Very professional. Overall there is room for improvement. I still think Friendly Kia was a notch above the other dealerships we interacted with. More
