The staff was very friendly. We were 10 minutes late to the appointment and they were very accommodating. They got the work done quickly. I bought a 2019 Ford escape I bought a Ford Escape that was brought to the Jacksonville dealership. Pater the salesman was great. Problem Is I only got one key fob. Other one su I bought a Ford Escape that was brought to the Jacksonville dealership. Pater the salesman was great. Problem Is I only got one key fob. Other one supposed to be coming. Bought car July 6. Car had spots on seats from other dealership and front windshield was dirty on inside. Jacksonville did clean the spots off the seats I asked them to clean windshield but I ended up cleaning it myself. I was disappointed in the service from the other store. Jacksonville was great. More
