First of all, my service was with Audi not Mercedes Benz. The service department at Audi let my car sit for almost a month before performing the service that was only supposed to take a couple of days. The The service department at Audi let my car sit for almost a month before performing the service that was only supposed to take a couple of days. They didn't even address the issues I asked them too. Thank goodness for Luke who took the time to listen to me and had the decency and experience to be able to address an issue before I left. The management of this service center is incompetent and does not take accountability, good employees and customers will continue leaving. More

They kept my car all day. When I called they did not have any information on my car. When I finally got my car back. They told me that I needed 15,000 dollars worth of repairs When I called they did not have any information on my car. When I finally got my car back.
