Sales Rep, Michelle Sales rep. Michelle was well informed with the 2018 HR-V EX and answered all my questions about it. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted Sales rep. Michelle was well informed with the 2018 HR-V EX and answered all my questions about it. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted to buy because I had done all my research. On a separate note when my wife and I walked into the dealership we we not approached by any sales reps asking us if we needed help. We found that to be a little odd. After looking at the HR-V floor model we went to the front desk to request a sales rep. so we could talk about price and start a purchase. Overall experience was good! More

Good and bad I worked with 3 sales persons and one finance manager. I started with Michelle Sanchez she showed me the vehicle Andrew was looking for and when sh I worked with 3 sales persons and one finance manager. I started with Michelle Sanchez she showed me the vehicle Andrew was looking for and when she got another customer she assigned me to Musharraf Hussain.It was so hard to deal with Mr Hussain.so I walk out from hillside Honda.one of my friend who bought Honda CR-V earlier this year recommend me with Ejaz Haider and I bought Honda Accord from him.also the finance manager Peter was also pleasure to work with.
