A man of his word. I really don't enjoy participating in surveys or writing reviews. However, in this case I'll make an exception. Sales executive Darryl Jones, treated me with dignity and respect. He is an honorable man whose word means something. We negotiated a deal on a Civic Hatchback, and he stuck to the numbers quoted to me. I also want to extend a special thank you to Mr Mills in the Finance Department. Mr Mills thoroughly explained everything to me, and made the process painless. Overall, my experience at Hillside Honda was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Darryl, you are the best! More

However the representative Chris was so unders My journey with Hillside Honda srarted from internet dept, Elijah. Then I came to just check the rates. However the representative Chris was so understanding of my needs and budget that he just made it happen. I left my car Nissan sentra there and came back homa on a new beutiful Honda CRV. That was simply amazing. He spent almost 6 hours to get the car for me. He was very friendly and caring all that time I was there. Also I would like to mention that the financing dept was simply awesome. They did every single effort to help me.They paid last bill to Nissan and took resposibiluty to return back to them. Thank you Hillside Honda ! More

Quick, easy, no frills and no games. This was my first car purchase. People always mention about how dealers are always out to get you, that they're snake oil salespeople. But, I did not This was my first car purchase. People always mention about how dealers are always out to get you, that they're snake oil salespeople. But, I did not have any issue with Hillside Honda. Edison was hardworking and always took my price to the manager. There was never a price that was too low to check with the manager. What I liked was both Edison and his manager's truthfulness. Originally, I wanted a 2017 Civic, and asked for an out the door price. And they said, come back in a month or two, maybe we can get you closer, as opposed to just brushing me off and telling me to go take a hike. This truthfulness lead me to wait, and change my mind to want a 2017 Accord. Once again, I came to Edison and asked for a fair price, and he started fair and ended fair. I got what I wanted for what I wanted it for with zero hassle, zero bells and whistles, and no hard sell for add-ons. The same with the finance manager, Peter Mills, he was friendly, nice, and didn't push add-on packages. I mean, they both asked if I wanted anything but when I said "no" they took it for face value and didn't try anymore. I appreciate that. More
