Here I am 3 yrs. later and I just bought a second vehicle from them, because if it wasn't for Right Direction's help with financing with the first car I would have been riding a bus. I now own a 2013 Nissan Altima. with an improved credit score and a conventional loan. I am so impressed with the relentless effort they put in to get me into this new car. I am humbled and so greatful to everyone at Merchant's Auto for what they have done for me. It was the best experience I have had with any dealership in a long time. Thank You. More

Go To Merchants! Merchants Automotive Group - what's not to like? This was the pleasantest car buying experience I've had in 42 years of car buying. A trusted and trus Merchants Automotive Group - what's not to like? This was the pleasantest car buying experience I've had in 42 years of car buying. A trusted and trustworthy friend sent us. The dealership proved itself. The sales consultant, Bob Donati, knew the product lines and CARFAXes of the cars we looked at. Steve Coimbria was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and got us through the financial peace smoothly. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well served. Dennis Hemeon made sure we were properly scheduled for our first service and inspection (he sought us out!). The price we paid was in line with Fair Market value. Peter Phaneuf cheerfully helped out the next day when I called to make sure that my insurance had faxed my paperwork properly,. Straight up business practices. No hassles. No silliness. I will look for my next car there. More

Quick, Easy, Straight to the Point, No Sales Pitch Peter was great from the moment he walked up to us in the parking lot. Friendly smile and warm personality.
