Walking in to the dealership I felt knots in my stomach anticipating the worst, hidden fees, unnecessary costs and surprises. We were transparent with Oscar about our past experiences and he provided us the reassurance we needed. He was not "pushy" and was honest with all costs involved with our dream car. He laid out all the costs, and recommendations. When we met with Peter the finance manager, we were anticipating the "hidden costs and surprises". I'm so happy that was far from the case. Peter was also extremely helpful and detailed with our financing process. The final numbers turned out to be exactly what Oscar told us from the beginning. We are beyond grateful for the experience and customer service we received. During a difficult time in the market for a vehicle, we are grateful that we were given a friendly and honest experience.
