On 28 Nov went to the Subaru dealer ship to check on a used vehicle, they do not handle used car sales. Was redirected to the Acura building. Test drive with Julius went well. However having to sit around for over 2 hours waiting on financing and continually being pushed to buy add-ons during the finance paperwork finalization was frustrating. What part of "No" do they not understand. Will not return for any reason, plenty of other dealerships to have routine maintenance performed at. More
