We had been procrastinating car shopping for at least a year. A few weeks ago we were in the area and decided to look at a few places just to see if there was anything that would fit out likes and budget. year. We went to Schumacher on Northlake since it was the closest Buick dealer to our hotel. Cesar Ciceron was the one that greeted us at the lot while we were looking around. We weren’t really even sure if we were going to purchase a car that day but when we saw one that we really liked Cesar made us feel at ease, helped us with information and went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal both for the new car and our trade. Petrov in finance was also great and made the paperwork process easy. Overall great experience which is not typical for dealerships. More

Had a great experience with our sales person, Yousef Mahmoud. We had been looking for a 2023 Sierra 1500 for quite some time and Yousef was able to find us a vehicle in transit that met our criteria. I was able to send him all the necessary paperwork through email and was able to secure the vehicle without having to come in until the vehicle arrived. With young children at home, this made the process super simple. He also gave off great vibes and never rubbed me the wrong way as some typical “car salesmen” do. I really appreciated working with him. More
