I had a very disappointing experience with Kia of Frisco. I was contacted by the dealership and specifically invited to come in on the same day(July 30) to complete the purchase and pick up a Kia Tellurid I was contacted by the dealership and specifically invited to come in on the same day(July 30) to complete the purchase and pick up a Kia Telluride that I was told was available. After I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. The sales team then assured me they had another Telluride matching my requirements that would arrive within 1–5 days. Based on that assurance, I signed a purchase agreement and paid a $1,000 deposit, believing the vehicle had been reserved for me. Five days later, instead of scheduling delivery, I was told that this second Telluride had also been sold or transferred to another dealer. After being invited to purchase a vehicle, signing a purchase agreement, and placing a deposit, I expected the dealership to reserve the vehicle or honor the agreed-upon pricing and terms on a comparable one. Although I was offered a refund of my deposit, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I lost valuable time and was left without the vehicle I was expecting. At the same time I have similar offers negotiated from other dealers which are now expired because this mistake. Hope Kia of Frisco improves its inventory management, communication, and commitment to customers so others do not have a similar experience.
