Normally all is good here. When I arrived to get my oil changed a young man was lying on the floor in the bay, thought he was sleeping but he was on his phone. I waited for a When I arrived to get my oil changed a young man was lying on the floor in the bay, thought he was sleeping but he was on his phone. I waited for assistance to check in, two people on computer and one on the phone. None acknowledged me for a while. When the man got off the phone he did acknowledge me, a service tech entered the area and helped me. I waited over one hour for the oil change and ultimately replaced a filter. A little issue when paying as the tech forgot I wanted to use my Ford points and paperwork had to be corrected. Linda More
