Super responsive. Here from out of town and a dashboard alert came on during the drive back from the hospital. Made an appointment for the next morning and was in, diagnosed and fixed within the hour!! We were shocked at the customer service and their eagerness to get us on the way back to see our son in the hospital!! Thank you to the team effort. We are so appreciative. More

Purchased a car that had a nail on the inside of the tire. Making note that you could not see it from visualizingthe vehicle. As far as the service done on my car it was great and the Tech Phil was extremely helpful. My only issue is with setting up the appointment. The website doesn’t allow it to be set up. I made several calls for over a month and left messages at the service center with no returned phone calls. I called the Sales department to get help and the parts department to get help and still was unable to make an appointment or get questions answered. The automated system doesn’t allow you to pick anything other than drop off and doesn’t allow you to pick a day. The lady that finally did answer my phone call(I wish I knew her name) she was extremely patient and very helpful. I really did appreciate that she finally answered the phone. I want to be able to stay compliant with my oil changes and stay under the warranty I have. Not being able to schedule things on time makes it really difficult. More

Poor communication, poor management, slow turnaround, and they don't return calls. The manager needs additional training as he is ill-equipped to handle the challenges Top dollar is charged, the delivery they don't return calls. It used to be excellent. Two of my last 3 visits have been BAD. More

Communication is poor, service techs have no knowledge to service. Lacking in ability to provide any customer service. The waiting are was nice, there is a nice coffee machine while I waited. I was quoted 90 minutes, I was in my car by 80 minutes 👍! The best part of the visit was a video clip from the mechanic with my vehi while I waited. I was quoted 90 minutes, I was in my car by 80 minutes 👍!
