The waiting are was nice, there is a nice coffee machine while I waited. I was quoted 90 minutes, I was in my car by 80 minutes 👍! The best part of the visit was a video clip from the mechanic with my vehi while I waited. I was quoted 90 minutes, I was in my car by 80 minutes 👍! After an oil change they left a cap losses on the top of the battery that luckily I found before it fell and got lost. I’ve had issues with the Jim Ellis Kia warranty package I purchase as well. Everytime I the battery that luckily I found before it fell and got lost. I’ve had issues with the Jim Ellis Kia warranty package I purchase as well. Everytime I took my car in to touch on the leather seats they just painted it and that paint with time starts to flake off and looks horrible on the seats and they haven’t done anything to fix it father it’s states that if they can’t fix it they would replace the seats. After a multipoint inspection i had a low fluid and that was not notified to me either. More

I drive 45 miles 1 way (1 hour, 10 min) to have my car serviced at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw As usual, the customer service I received was top notch.
