We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review. It is our goal that consumers receive outstanding customer service along with a positive experience. I completely agree with you on how the situation should have been handled. This was my intention, until your husband blasted me with Profanity and FBOMBS as he accused me of xxxxx UP HIS CAR! Every aspect of the vehicle evaluation took place within your clear view. While road testing your Kia, it experienced a mechanical failure, the engine cut off and our employee coasted the vehicle back onto our sales lot. Several attempts were made to restart your vehicle with no success. Again, all were within your view. You were also offered transportation on several occasions, you informed us that you had a ride. While we regret that your vehicle experienced a mechanical failure, we in no way contributed to the failure. If a reputable mechanic can provide definitive proof that we tampered with or caused the mechanical failure that your car experienced we will assume responsibility for the repair.

I assure you, I will be recommending this dealership and when I am ready to trade up on a newer Dodge, I will not be looking anywhere else. Mr. Moore showed he cared about his customers and went above and beyond in dealing with the minor problem I encountered. I love my Dodge Ram and will certainly be buying another in the future. More
