I went in to have our 2026 Kia Sportage serviced with an oil change and a tire rotation. They were very informative regarding the service process and the amount of time it takes. They even offered to clean the outside and vacuum the inside front floor. It was all done in the perfect amount of time. While waiting inside the dealership, there was comfortable seating, beverages & popcorn available for free. What more could a person ask! It was an amazing first experience at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, Ohio! More
