We in turn, refer our family members to him to buy their vehicles. Phil is a bright star in the world of cut throat sales tactics. He brings back the old way of doing business, which is a very rare thing to see in todays business world. When he sees you, he asks, "how are you," and reaches out to shake your hand. But the difference with him is that he really does care how you are doing and feeling. I never though I would ever meet a salesman like him. We will continue to buy our Jeeps from Scranton Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep due to his great customer service. More
