No haggle and a smooth transparent process I brought in my used Nissan Sentra with high miles and a good amount of money owed on it. They took my car back for a very fair amount and worked with I brought in my used Nissan Sentra with high miles and a good amount of money owed on it. They took my car back for a very fair amount and worked with me to get in the Honda Ridgeline I really wanted. Phil Ward was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Great Experience!! Being that i had to turn in my lease and renew; Phil made sure he crossed off all my preferences w Had the best experience at Bayshore Atlantic Honda. Being that i had to turn in my lease and renew; Phil made sure he crossed off all my preferences while showing me the most cost efficient options. He reassured me that turning in my leased Toyota was going to go ok, as well as thoroughly answering all my questions and concerns with having a car solely under my own name.
