I have genuinely never dealt with a more incompetent and unprofessional service department. What should have been a simple tire issue turned into multiple visits, days without my car, horrible communicatio unprofessional service department. What should have been a simple tire issue turned into multiple visits, days without my car, horrible communication, and blatant negligence. I first came in on Saturday because my tire light was on. They told me to come back Monday because my warranty company was closed. As I was leaving, my salesman spotted a nail in my tire within seconds — faster than the actual service department. On Monday, I specifically asked them to inspect ALL my tires. They initially told me only one tire needed a patch and “everything else looked fine.” After I pushed them to double-check, they suddenly found another nail and said a second tire needed replacement. That same night, before I could even leave the parking lot, the supposedly repaired tire was leaking air again. My boyfriend found the leak in minutes using soapy water — in THEIR parking lot. The foreman confirmed the puncture, yet I was still told to come back the next day because they were closing, despite the obvious safety issue. Communication throughout this process was terrible. Nobody gave updates unless I chased them down myself, and I was repeatedly forced to act as the middleman between the dealership and the warranty company. Manager Naomi Cordoba was especially rude and dismissive, showing zero accountability or concern for the fact that my car had been sitting there for days because of their mistakes. This service department is careless, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time, safety, or sanity, stay far away. More

Phil just knows the inside and out of every vehicle that we have purchased and Ceasar in finance lays out every type of financing so that my wife and I get to pick the nest one that meets our budget.
