My salesman Phillip Nguyen is phenomenal! This is the second time I have worked with him and the finance team member. They give that BMW logo definition and uphold the class it represents. Both are incredible gentleman and management did an outstanding job as well. The financial team makes you wait for too long and seems very uninterested in pre communicative, but other than that the service was average overall.
