Unlike the daunting experience I encountered with other dealerships, Justin and Phil were always very responsive without being pushy. The only negative experience I encountered in this dealership was with the financial manager. The service I received from the financial manager was subpar and unprofessional. He was less upset that i told him from the beginning that I was not interested a maintenance package, he told him that he was obligated to present the packages available even to customers who are being aggressive. Funny, how he didn’t think it was necessary to reviews the terms of the loan -he handed the papers for me to sign without explaining anything. I stepped out of his office not knowing what the next step would be in terms of the payment process. I asked Justin the salesperson as he informed me I would receive something in the mail before the first payment is due. Their finance manage needs to receive customer training. He needs to learn how to deal with all types of customers, even women who are assertive(not aggressive. Even with the bad service I received from the finance manager I still highly recommend this dealership. The service I received from Justin and Philip was great. More

He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I wanted and was able to answer all my questions which helped me to feel confident on my decision to purchase 2019 Santa Fe SEL Plus. Phil was the sales manager helped me to navigate the financing process like a pro. There was no pressure which was appreciated unlike the other dealerships I visited.
