Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Star Hyundai is like no other dealership! If I could give it 1 million stars I would! My experience here was amazing! Quick, easy and no back and fort Star Hyundai is like no other dealership! If I could give it 1 million stars I would! My experience here was amazing! Quick, easy and no back and forth headache causing games. Zack is great to deal with, very thorough, helpful and understanding. He found us the exact car we needed at the exact price we wanted! The atmosphere and employees are very welcoming and when I walked in there I felt comfortable as if I was at my family's house. Not once did I feel pressured, I knew I was making the right decision from the moment I walked in there. Tommy went over every single feature on our new car. Every single feature! I am so thankful for that because our previous vehicle had no features at all. Without Tommy's patience and excellent knowledge of the car and its features, I don't think I would even know how to turn it on! My blue link account and myhyundai account were all set up for me. I hardly did any work for this transaction. Phillip made the paper work so simple. I am beyond happy and excited with my new vehicle. I am even more happier with the level and quality of service I received. I am thankful for everything Zack, Tommy & Phillip did for me! They are angels! More

My amazing salesman, Philip Robinson, was such a delight to work with. He is positive, upbeat, energetic, and most importantly, upfront and informative. His knowledge of the vehicles is incredibly impressive. He can state any fact about any vehicle in the dealership off the top of his head. He knows numbers like a mathematician. What a seriously nice guy. This was the first time I was ever leasing a car, and the whole thing was just so pleasant and wonderful. I am happy as ever. I don’t think I will ever go to another dealership. Star Hyundai, keep up the good work!!! More

Great Service For the first time in our lives, we purchased a car without any stress or pressure from the sales person. Phillip Robinson, our sales representative, For the first time in our lives, we purchased a car without any stress or pressure from the sales person. Phillip Robinson, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable. He let us take a look at the models on the floor first, than asked us what type of car we were looking for and what features were important to us. With that in mind he carefully prepared a proposal, which he said he could easily modify if we wanted changes. We did not have to modify anything because he presented us with what we exactly wanted/needed and more. When we went to pickup the car he spent a lot of time going over all the features in great detail to make sure we understood them (like a patient teacher would). The car we chose was a Santa Fe. We only picked it up yesterday but are already in love with it. Hyundai has put together an amazing vehicle and added all the new technology available to make it user friendly/safe. We could go on and on, but just to give an idea, the user manuals are very well organized and so far we were able lo find anything we needed to looked up in seconds. Another example of how user satisfaction is important to Hyundai. More
