My x3 broke down in Willow, Alaska. Bruce Pederson, Anchorage Service Manager arranged for towing and transportation for me and my family back to Anchorage. We were in a remote area but Bruce Pederson, Anchorage Service Manager arranged for towing and transportation for me and my family back to Anchorage. We were in a remote area but help arrived in 45 minutes! Using BMW towing saved us a four hour wait. Bruce understood immediately what the problem was and reassured me that all would be taken care of. In fact, My car was repaired the next day. Washed and ready to go. I couldn't be happier. Bruce has always come thru for me. I have had two BMW's in the last 10 years and will always have a BMW. I spoke with Phyllis Halverston about future new BMW. Not quite ready to purchase one at this time. More
