My sales person Pierre was ready and waiting at the door for me with only 45 minutes notice. He was very friendly and efficient. Understanding that I had. My questions were answered and when I didn't like the interest rate and payment, I only needed to say so once and they made something work. The Lojack doesn't seem optional, and while they do only charge the at cost price, it is still a almost a thousand more. So far that is my only reservation. They were very helpful and quick and clear. He even gave me advice on how to pay down the principle quicker and what would be best to do my 2006 that would be better for me than trading it in there. He was accommodating and friendly and even sent me requested pictures after I left. We pick up tomorrow but so far great experience. More
